Dusk Enterprise is a software studio.

What does Dusk Enterprise do?

We build useful tools and then run them ourselves. Seven products are live: a 3D restaurant-menu platform, two scripture apps for Urdu-speaking Christians, a wins journal, a daily devotional, a savings tracker and a game. Three more are still in the workshop.

Steve Jobs described starting with what a person actually needs and working backwards to the technology. That is the order we try to work in. We don't begin with a framework we want to try out. We begin with something a person can't do easily today, and we stop when they can.

The studio was founded in 2025. We are based in Kuwait, and registration as a German software company is in progress.

Who founded Dusk Enterprise?

Dusk Enterprise was founded in 2025 by Simon Clement, Samson Clement and Elijah Sadiq.

Simon holds a bachelor's degree in marketing. Before the studio he spent two years at the American International University handling events and engagement, working alongside the marketing agency Viral Media at the same time. Dusk Enterprise began when he decided he would rather build the things than market someone else's.

Samson is a computer science graduate and a software engineer. He carries most of the build.

Three of us ship the software. Counting our sister company Dusk Media, which handles marketing work and marketing assets for clients, we are six people in total.

What apps does Dusk Enterprise make?

Ten products carry the Dusk Enterprise name. Nine are live:

• 3D Menu — our flagship. A QR-code menu that lets guests see dishes in 3D and order from the table, with a live dashboard for the kitchen.
• Zaboor, worship and Psalms in Urdu, on Google Play.
• Urdu Bible, the full Bible in Urdu, on Google Play.
• Cookie Jar, a wins journal, on the App Store.
• Life In Christ, a daily devotional, on the App Store.
• Almost Mine, a savings-goal tracker, on the App Store.
• Falafell, a game, on the App Store.
• reps., a push, pull, legs workout log, on the App Store.
• Next Task, a to-do list with home screen widgets, on the App Store.

Why are all the apps free?

Every app we publish is free, carries no advertising and sells nothing inside it. That is a deliberate choice, and the menu business pays for it.

Zaboor is the clearest example of why. Urdu-speaking Christians had no good Psalms app. The ones that did exist ran advertising against the Psalms and earned money from people's worship, which struck us as the wrong way to make a living. So we built a better one and gave it away with nothing in it to sell.

Zaboor was the first app we shipped past 100 downloads, and later the first past 10,000. Urdu Bible followed the same way. Neither has ever shown an ad.

How does Dusk Enterprise make money?

The studio earns from 3D Menu. Restaurants pay once, with no subscription and no per-scan fee. Our apps earn nothing by design, and most of the studio's funding comes from Dusk Media, the marketing company we run alongside it.

What we don't do

What a studio turns down says more than what it takes on. So, plainly:

• We don't build apps for other people to publish under their own name.
• We don't charge users for any of our apps.
• We don't run ads in anything we make.
• We don't sell 3D Menu as a download.

That last one is the real limit on our menu business, and it is worth being honest about. Every dish has to be scanned in person before it can appear in 3D, so we can only grow one restaurant at a time. Oriental in Salmiya, Kuwait was the first to run it. Twelve venues run it now, at around 40,000 scans a month, with mis-orders down 31%.
